Shipping policy

 

At Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. all coffee is roasted fresh per order and shipped 1-2 days after being roasted and packaged. This timeline does not account for orders being placed on Friday or orders placed on or before a national holiday. All orders placed Thursday at or after 12 pm EST will be roasted Sunday night and shipped out Monday morning. Please allow between 1-5 days for an order to arrive after being shipped. Our headquarters are in central Pennsylvania, and shipping times will vary according to distance from our headquarters.

All order totals under $50 are shipped at a $7.95 flat rate. Orders totaling over $50 after discounts have been applied qualify for free shipping. All totals exclude tax and are subject to any discounts being utilized on the order. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via the carrier of our choice. If you are unable to accept parcels from a specific carrier, it is your responsibility to select an appropriate shipper.
