Our Brazil Minas Gerais is a luscious offering with notes of orange zest and brown sugar. Though mild bodied and gently acidic, this coffee is deeply fragrant and produces a fruity, berry-heavy mid palate flavor and striking finish.

Minas Gerais is a light roast single-origin with an easy drinkability, particularly suitable for pour-overs and presses.

This particular Brazilian coffee is grown in the Cerrado region of Brazil. High temperatures, rich mineralized soil and consistent rainy seasons make Brazil a prime location for pristine coffee crops.
