Taste and roast

"I liked the taste and aroma. The notes of tangerine and a lemon tea are very refreshing. The roast is fresh though I would have liked a slightly lighter roast level."

Curiously Delicious

"I knew it would be good but I didn't realize it wouldn't change how I see coffee. Although the acidic finish that is seriously akin to lemon isn't my favorite, I keep going back for more. This bean showed me how different coffee can be from my idea of coffee. Deepened my excitement to try all kinds of coffee and explore the notes more. Ling winded but, good coffee 10/10"

Fantastic Medium Roast – Serves Well Hot & Cold!

"Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a great "medium roast from Huehuetenango with milk chocolate & sweet orange notes and bright, balanced citrus acidity. " It has such an elegant and distinct quality that we have yet to find another flavor we like as much. It is also fantastic as iced coffee. Highly recommended!"

Todd B. (5/5)

How coffee should taste!!!

"A few months ago, our friends from Ethiopia, sent us a bag of coffee beans. Upon tasting that first cup, I cried. 1. It was the best coffee I’d ever had. Ever!!! And 2. I couldn’t figure out how to get more beans when those ran out. So we began having “the good coffee” only when we could just relax and enjoy. Imagine my delight when I discovered y’all. And even more delight when this coffee was oh so delicious. And I can drink it every morning. It is a little luxury of my life. Absolutely luxurious."

William R. (5/5)

"The roast was fresh, roasted to order, the quality was good, and the coffee was delicious."

My Sons’s Favorite

"This is my son’s favorite so I’m always sure to order some when he comes. I like it too!"

At Last I Found You!

"Several years ago, my neighbor took her niece and nephew on a trip to Africa and gifted me a pound of coffee they brought back to thank me for keeping an eye on her home. The coffee was in a plain brown bag without any writing on it whatsoever--no indication of type of roast or origin. Nothing. But the taste was wonderful. Since then I have been trying different coffee's from vendors in my area, hoping to find the same type that my neighbor had given me--without any luck. I decided to try my search online and ordered the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Fresh Roasted and low and behold--BINGO!! I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to tomorrow morning."

Robert B. (5/5)

Camille A. (5/5)

My husband’s favorite

"I don’t drink coffee, but my husband has been drinking this flavor for years. Each time he tries something different, he goes back to the yirgacheffe."
